GEA Searle, leader in air side heat exchange and air conditioning, had an unfortunate fire break out in early 2014 and had to deal with the loss of their R&D facility, assembly factory and paint plant, meaning that for a period of time they needed to rely purely on the services of subcontractors as they no longer had the facilities to do so themselves.
